Gold Coast Climate

 
The Gold Coast is a sub-tropical region. It experiences an average of 300 days of sunshine. Casual, lightweight clothes are ideal for the destination. A jacket and formal evening dressing will be required at some of the nightclubs and restaurants. Comfortable shoes and boots are essential for all the outdoor activities that Gold Coast has to offer. A strong sunscreen is a must round the year.

There is not much variation in the seasons and almost a uniform climate prevails with an average high of 26°C to 16°C. It is slightly cooler from May to September.
